I authorize WMSNova to provide emergency services. I acknowledge that for non-contracted entities, a surcharge of $599 + tax per hour applies (subject to a 2-hour minimum). For existing contract holders, I understand that any support exceeding the hours allotted in my Cybersecurity Plus, Advanced, or DR plan will be invoiced at my established contract discount rate.
