We use Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use the Site. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as the messaging platform and wireless carriers that deliver our messages, is permitted. All other categories of information sharing described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share information only as follows:

Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting and content delivery, security and bot protection, email, analytics, text-messaging delivery, and form processing. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of WMSNova, our clients, or others.
Business transfers, if WMSNova is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy’s protections.
With your consent or at your direction.

6. Client data and health information

When we provide managed IT or cybersecurity services, we may access or process data that belongs to our clients. That data is handled under our written agreements with those clients, including any Business Associate Agreement where the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) applies, and not under this policy.

Please do not include patient names, protected health information, passwords, or payment card numbers in website forms, email, or text messages. If we need sensitive files, we will provide a secure way to send them.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and billing records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Records of text-message consent and opt-outs are kept for as long as needed to honor your choices and demonstrate compliance. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or contact us using the details below.
Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us.
Cookies and analytics: manage cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on described above.
Access, correction, and deletion: you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Where we process information

WMSNova is based in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
