SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by WMSNova LLC (“WMSNova,” “we,” or “us”) through our WMSNova Client Support & Notifications text-messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What we text about

We use text messages to communicate with our clients and people who contact us for support. Messages may include:

• Client communication about your services, projects, and account.
• Service notifications, such as maintenance windows, outages, security alerts, and status updates.
• Replies to support requests and updates on open support tickets.
• Requests to upload or send files and documents we need to complete your request, usually with a link to a secure upload page.
• Scheduling, appointment, and follow-up messages.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

2. How you opt in

You agree to receive text messages from WMSNova when you:

• Enter your mobile number on a form on our Site and check the box agreeing to receive text messages;
• Give consent during client onboarding or in a service agreement or authorization form; or
• Text our support number first, in which case we will reply to your conversation.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must be the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission, and be at least 18 years old.

3. How to opt out

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. After you opt out, you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from this program unless you opt in again.

To start receiving messages again, reply START or contact us.

5. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies depending on your service and how often you contact us. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

6. Carriers

Text messages are supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as network coverage.

7. Keeping your information safe

Text messaging is not a secure channel for sensitive information. WMSNova will never ask you to reply by text with a password, a full payment card number, or patient or health information. If we need files or sensitive details, we will send you a link to a secure upload method. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for this kind of information, do not respond, and contact us using the phone number or email address on this page.

8. Privacy

We use your mobile number and the content of your messages to provide the services described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging platform and wireless carriers, is permitted. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. If you continue to receive messages after a change, you accept the updated terms. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
